Account Executive – Converged Communications Sales


 


Cerium Networks, a leading Converged Voice and Data Reseller, has an immediate employment opportunity in the Pacific Northwest for an energetic sales professional. You will have the opportunity to represent the leading manufacturers in the communications industry including Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft, Tandberg and Verint. Backed by a very strong engineering team and coupled with an aggressive compensation plan, successful sales professionals have a very good earnings potential.


Account Executives are responsible for developing and expanding the market within their territory.


 


Responsibilities:


• Building and developing strong customer relationships.


• Increase market penetration by developing new business within an assigned territory


• Leading account team to insure customer satisfaction, effectively utilizing company and supplier resources.


• Maintain a high level of network expertise through continuing education and training.


• Be informed at all times of trends in the industry that may impact your customer base.


 


Qualifications:


• Minimum of 3 years sales and account management experience.


• Communications industry experience.


• Proven record of accomplishment in customer relationship management.


• Strong track record of sales success


• Effective oral and written communication skills required


• Cisco and/or Avaya certifications desired.
